This assessment fee allows us to assess the damage to / problem with your drone and report back to you with a quote or suggested course of action. The fee will be deducted from any subsquent repair we carry out. By paying this fee before you bring or mail your item in, you ensure that once it's delivered, it can go straight into the assessment queue
