All GoPro cameras have a tendency to fog up after extended use in wet, humid or cold environments.

To avoid fogging, just drop these inserts into the sides or base of the camera housing before use.

There's 12 in the pack and you'll use 2-3 each time. They can be re-used about 4 times so that's a heap of uses from one kit - not bad value!

To dry out and reuse, just heat the inserts on a pan in the oven at 300°F for 5 minutes and store in an airtight bag.
